The Apostle Paul wrote that bearing one another’s burdens is obeying the law of Christ. In fact, it is what Christ did for you and me. He bore our sorrow; He took upon Himself our grief. Our own sin was placed upon Him so we could be forgiven. Thank God for a Christ who will bear our burdens! Thank God for a church family who will bear one another’s burdens!
